How to Navigate Life’s Voids with Confidence

There’s a moment when life asks us to let go of what we know and step into the unknown. It can be scary AF at times.

Like a trapeze artist in mid-swing, we must trust that we will make it to the other side. This is the space where pure potential exists.

When I left my legal career, I stepped into one of the biggest voids of my life. I moved into health coaching, thinking it would bring me fulfillment, but instead, I felt lost. My self-worth, tied to my career, plummeted. Anxiety and brain fog became my daily companions.

But as I learned to relax into the unknown and nurtured my body and spirit, things began to shift. Meditation, time in nature, breathwork, and self-care all helped me feel grounded and at peace. I started to heal, and slowly, life worked itself out in beautiful, unexpected ways.

In this void, we access our highest selves and our innate worthiness. But fear can disconnect us from this truth. It’s in the quiet moments, when we soften into the void, that we find our true nature. Being present with ourselves opens the door to a different reality that is shaped by the higher version of who we are.

This journey isn’t just about managing uncertainty—it’s about embracing it. By regulating our nervous system we maintain access to our highest cognitive functions. This is where creativity and new possibilities emerge.

I’ll never forget when I asked the universe for an unmistakable sign in the night sky during a crossroads in my life. A few days later, as I walked outside, I felt compelled to look up. The sky was filled with glittering lights from a meteor shower. It was a reminder of what I already knew: we co-create our reality. That night, I rushed home to record this synchronicity in my journal of magic, a journal where I track the magic in my life to remind me of the true sacred nature of reality.

How to Navigate the Void:

  • Embrace your higher self: Envision and step into the most radiant, empowered version of yourself—one who moves with confidence, grace, and purpose—letting that energy guide the reality you create.

  • Disconnect and be present: Set aside your to-do list, pause, and reconnect with the essence of who you are—a whole, still, and loving presence beneath the busy mind.

  • Regulate your nervous system: Explore practices like Transcendental Meditationbreathwork, time in nature, self-care, honoring your boundaries and needs, doing things that bring you joy and deeply nourish you.

  • Find the sacred in every moment: Pause and notice the beauty and meaning in small, everyday experiences. Embrace the oneness and interconnectedness of life, knowing that you are a creator of your reality.

  • Acknowledge the divine intelligence in all: Recognize divine intelligence and consciousness as the foundation of the universe and everything within it.

  • Keep a magic journal: Track daily moments of magic—from small synchronicities to big miracles. When feeling lost, read through your magic journal to reconnect with the universe's support and guidance.

As you navigate your own voids, remember that everything is happening for you, not to you. Trust the process, embrace the unknown, and stay connected to your higher self. The void is not something to fear but a powerful portal to new realities.
